Dr. Pradeep Adhikari is a research professor at the Institute of Humanities and the Ecological Consensus Resilience Lab, Hankyong National University, Republic of Korea. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Ecology from Jeju National University, Jeju, Republic of Korea, and an M.Sc. degree from the Central Department of Zoology, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. In 2019, he was honored with the "Nepal Bidhya Bhusan" KA by the Honorable President of Nepal. Prior to his current position, he worked as a research scientist at the National Institute of Ecology, Republic of Korea, for three years.
Dr. Adhikari's research focuses on climate change and ecological modeling, biological invasion, wildlife ecology, and conservation genetics. He has accumulated over 12 years of research experience in these areas. His contributions to the scientific community include the publication of more than three dozen research articles in international and national journals, proceedings, and book chapters. He is a member of the Ecological Society of America and serves as a review editor for Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution, Frontiers in Environmental Science, and Frontiers in Earth Science.
