Charlotte Reemts is an ecologist and science project director with The Nature Conservancy’s Texas Chapter where she has studied ecosystems across Texas for 18 years. She works with natural areas and working lands across Texas to evaluate whether land management is achieving its goals, test new management techniques, document the ecological health of sites, and monitor populations of rare, threatened, and endangered species. Charlotte has a B.S. in Biology from Susquehanna University, an M.S. in Plant Biology and Ecology from Michigan State University, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Texas at Austin.
