Abstract: This presentation will provide information on the U. S. Geological Survey’s 3D Elevation Program (3DEP), National Map, and US Topo. The primary goal of 3DEP is to systematically collect enhanced elevation data in the form of high-quality light detection and ranging (lidar) data over the conterminous United States, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories. The National Map includes a variety of products and services that provide the Nation with access to base geospatial information to describe the landscape of the United States and its territories.
