Description: The purpose of the Christian Ecologists Mixer is to discuss connections among faith, science, and personal values, provide mutual support for the particular challenges and responsibilities of being both Christians and ecologists, promote leadership in areas of ecological stewardship and social justice, and to honor God through prayer as part of the professional meeting experience. The event does not have the goal of advocating particular theological or political beliefs more specific than the general scope of Christianity, and attendees are free to discuss any areas of interest.
