I am a coastal ecologist interested in the spatial variation of communities over time. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2020, I joined the Castorani Lab at the University of Virginia. I am currently a PhD student studying the spatial synchrony of kelp forest communities. Leveraging long-term data and new measures of synchrony, I will investigate how biotic and abiotic drivers structure communities over space and time.
