This interdisciplinary Inspire session highlights the works of early career Federal employees and Scientists in Parks Interns to present research related to career advancement in Ecology, spatial mapping, data management, aquatic ecology, and critical or endangered species management. An open discussion related to conducting research on Public Lands, the challenges related to properly addressing these pertinent issues, and how we can successfully prepare those in early careers will immediately follow the presentations.
