Description: This is the annual business meeting and networking event of the Microbial Ecology Section.
The purpose of the event is to update members on how funds are being allocated, what activities we supported during the year, and what plans we have for the new year. It is also a time to present the incoming leaders and present travel awardees, as well as discuss membership numbers.
This year we will also have a few networking activities and a lightning talk thesis competition with a $$ prize!
